Click on My Account, and choose Upload Files – Then, drag and drop the files into the box. When your dog is spayed/neutered, remember to edit their profile with their latest information.

Click on My Account, then choose Edit – Keep your profile updated with your dog’s current weight, medications & feeding, contacts, and payment information.

Click on My Account, then Purchase Packages & Retail – Make your selection. Packages don’t expire for one year. Reservations are paid in full before the start date. If your reservation spans multiple months, payment arrangements can be adjusted. Click My Reservations to view your schedule.

Click on Request Services, then click Book Now – Daycare reservations span one day, while Slumber Parties span all days between the start and end dates. Make sure you reserve in advance to ensure that you won’t be turned away if we are full. You will receive a verification email from Puppy Love if your request is approved. If your plans change, update Puppy Love.
